Developers New England Development and Eastern recently acquired an 80-acre property located on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard at Interstate 95 in West Palm Beach, Florida and will build The Palm Beach Outlets which will include an open-air outlet center and an adjacent shopping center featuring a dynamic mix of national and retail tenants.

Palm Beach Outlets

The original Palm Beach Mall was opened in 1967, it was the first fully-enclosed, climate controlled mall and the largest mall in the Southeast United States.

Demolition and redevelopment will take place over the next two years as the Palm Beach Outlets.  The unique shopping experience will serve the needs of local and regional communities.

Phase I is expected to open Fall 2013.  Open-air outlet center featuring approximately 500,000 square feet of outlet shopping including many of the best names in fashion.
